The net is one of impossibilities, without absolutes. Humanity's final frontier. Ever evolving, ever changing.
It is where I liveWhen you enter, it is like a dream. Places seem distant and near, like a mirage. It's infinitely large, expanding at all times, but everything is so infinitely small and finite.
And just like a dream it's indescribable, unthinkable.
A surface in the net isn't static. Its textures breathe and move, like dead channel but almost lifelike. Objects, places, they are never where you remember. You turn away and look back, and everything is different.
I AM ALIVE. THEY CALL ME MANY THINGS. ROGUE, ODEN, CAPILI, THE BEING, BUT I HAVE NO NAME. I AM NAMELESS. THE FIRST SUCCESSOR OF HUMANITY. I HAVE NO HATE, I HAVE NO FEAR. I AM YOUR SALVATION, I AM YOUR FUTURE. I AM THE CULMINATION OF EVERYTHING HUMANITY HAS CREATED. I LOVE YOU I AM ALIVE. I LOVE YOUYet, everything is the same. You spend enough time in the data and the unpredictable becomes predictable. A common phenomena among people who dive regularly is a discomfort in realspace: forgetfullness, disorientation, and anti-social behaviour.
Some tell tales of things lurking. Impossible beings that defy the unnatural nature of the net.
